IT pro turned Yoga Teacher, helping balance mind & body through Hatha, Ashtanga & Medical Yoga.
I teach Yoga and Meditation to students on UrbanPro, and over the past 3 years, I have had the privilege of guiding individuals on their journey toward better physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being. My sessions are designed to help students experience both immediate and long-term benefits, whether they are beginners or already familiar with yoga practices. I have completed a 200-Hour Teacher Training Course in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga as well as a Diploma in Medical Yoga (200 Hours). These certifications have given me a strong foundation in both traditional and therapeutic yoga, enabling me to design safe and effective practices tailored to the unique needs of each student. With this background, I combine the wisdom of traditional techniques with modern understanding, ensuring that my students gain sustainable results. My teaching experience so far has been deeply rewarding. Students often share with me how yoga and meditation have helped them experience relief from lower back pain, lung-related issues, and body aches. Many of them also notice improvements in flexibility, breathing, stress management, and overall peace of mind. For me, the true joy lies in seeing how regular practice can create such profound changes in my students’ lives. I conduct both online and offline classes, making it convenient for students to learn in a way that suits their lifestyle. My sessions are available in both personalized and group formats, and I adjust the pace and focus depending on individual requirements. Whether it is working on therapeutic practices for pain relief, building strength and flexibility, or using meditation for stress reduction, I make sure every student feels supported in their journey. While I may not have received formal awards yet, my greatest achievement has been the trust and appreciation of my students. The feedback I receive — whether it is about improved health, better breathing, or simply feeling more balanced in daily life — is the most meaningful recognition for me. It motivates me to keep learning, growing, and giving my best in every session. I am also committed to continuous learning and professional growth. I plan to pursue advanced courses and certifications in Yoga and Meditation to further deepen my knowledge and enhance my teaching. This will allow me to offer my students even more refined guidance and ensure that they receive the most effective tools to improve their quality of life. For me, teaching yoga is not just about physical postures or techniques — it is about helping people connect with themselves, discover inner calm, and create a healthier, happier lifestyle. Every class I conduct is an opportunity to inspire transformation, and I look forward to continuing this meaningful journey with more students in the years ahead.
