I completed intensive Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program designed by Sadhguru, at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, India for total of 1750 classroom hours. I got certified with the desire to give back to the society the wisdom of Classical Hatha Yoga maintaining its authenticity. I specialize in Classical hatha yoga & Therapeutic Yoga. Classical Hatha Yoga practices includes Bhuta Shudddhi, Surya kriya, Angamardana, Yogasanas, Children Yoga, Pregnanacy Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Mantra Yoga, Nada Yoga, Guided Meditations & Therapeutic Yoga. I offer classes offline at home or at my own place. My key skills are knowledge of Anatomy, Attention to Detail, Teaching Skills, Energy & Personality. Committed to providing extensive counseling to my clients, while motivating them to find true inner peace and their healthiest self.
