First comes being stronger mentally if your not mentally strong how can you lift the weights so I have formula to make you mentally stronger.Second is workout with right form and technique & Scheduled plan. Now third is stretching which more important for you if your not flexible the exercise will be incomplete so I provide stretching also.Last the most important thing in life is right nutrition and nutrition controls your body's internal & external function your brain your mood your most of things related to nutrition so I provide nutrition plans too.
