Learn to seat in very ease and comfort with spine erect. Learn to relaxation of the full body. Then and then only you will be comfortable for meditation.

Putting too much efforts while meditation make you feel dizzy, as it brings more thoughts. Stop paying attention to anything happing around u and the thoughts. Always start with only 15-20 minutes meditation only, not more than that. When u are comfortable the increase the time.
