Hari om yes you should take meditation classes. The reason is very simple bina guru gyan prapti nahi. This means without a teacher we can't learn can't gain knowledge. And meditation is the practice of a higher state of consciousness. As it looks very simple & easy & pleasantbut in actuality, it's not the fact. Because on the way of meditation as you grow many hidden secrets will reveal to you & if you don't know how to decode those secrets then you will be stuck there as if you have entered into a black hole. How to come out from that situation & further how to grow higher in meditation only a proper & expert master can teach. read less
