Meditating after a shower helps me feel fresh. But meditating any time- before/after a shower, morning, afternoon or evening- doesn't matter. As long as you meditate.

Shower before your meditation It's advisable to take a shower before you start your meditation. Water signifies purity. It washes away unwanted energy and vibrations from your body so that you'll be receptive for the subtle spiritual energy of meditation

Basically it is a individual choice as meditation can be done any time..but most preferable after shower..as shower removes the toxin n bad energy from ur body..make u fresh which is a additional bonus for meditation
