Yes, it is indeed, but that doesn't mean that u don't sleep and only meditate. Do take at sleep of 6-8 hours every day as the body gets repaired only while sleeping .

The math is not working in meditation. Bcz even few second of meditation is real experience for modern human being. I think you are talking about technic of meditation. But it's a huge difference between technic and meditation.
