To begin meditating, find a place where you can sit comfortably and quietly. Then close your eyes and do nothing for a minute or so. Thoughts may come during that time, and that is okay. Keep silent and inhale positive energy exhale all negative thoughts

For beginners , the place they choose to sit for meditation should be quite and peaceful. Because less noise will help them to concentrate more and eventually they cultivate the habit of sitting quietly. And day by day they will able to increase the timings of meditation.
