I'm specialized in treating those suffering from thyroid, diabetes, anxiety, depression, back ache (L3, L4), frozen shoulder, knee pain, arthritis, migraine. I'm also specialised in prenatal and postnata yoga training. As a 67 year old I can strongly say that yoga definitely keeps a person always active both mentally and physically.
