Hi my self Sandeep Nethi I am a certified fitness trainer from BFY/FSA. I am also a Certified special population trainer from FSA and kick boxing trainer. I believe fitness is not just lifting heavy weights, its maintaining right body weight, improved cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, bone strength and flexibility training ( for injury prevention and to attain full range of motion). My training varies day to day according to the clients physical ability and mood. I regularly attend various workshops related to fitness to update myself and to provide quality training to my clients. No additional weights or equipment is required during workout. Pranayama and breath exercises for stress, anxiety will be conducted for inside out complete fitness.

It's been three months since I've been taking training from him. He totally listens to the client needs, understand their goal, explain them what's good and what's not and then work on them which is a very much needed quality in a trainer. He's such a trainer that you won't lose interest or get demotivate for a day even. I've seen so many changes in my body and I'm so very grateful to him for everything.
