I am certified in BFY course in 2016. My key skills are patience and ability to motivate the client to keep fit . My accomplishments are built strong client base , With custom exercises ,diet plan made clients to achieve their weight loss. Explain the exercises in a clear and easy way, while demonstrating how to use the training equipment safely, to avoid injuries.
