Fitness has been a central part of my life for over 15 years, both as a professional athlete and a certified personal fitness trainer. I specialize in designing personalized fitness programs that focus on strength training, weight management, functional fitness, and overall health improvement. My goal is to help individuals achieve sustainable results through safe and effective training methods. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and have a strong background in athletics and professional sports training. I have participated in the 16th National Youth Athletics Championship and have been associated with the Athletics Federation of India. I have also represented at the All India Inter-University Tournament under Mangalore University, along with other university-level competitions. My professional training includes specialized coaching under the Sports Authority of India (SAI), along with certification from NSNIS (Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports). I have also completed a Strength and Conditioning Diploma, which has helped me develop advanced techniques for improving athletic performance and overall fitness. As a national-level athlete, I have won 2 Gold medals, 2 Silver medals, and 3 Bronze medals in competitive events. These experiences have given me deep insight into discipline, training consistency, and performance optimization, which I bring into my coaching approach. Over the years, I have worked extensively with athletes and individuals aiming to improve their fitness. My training focuses on enhancing strength, speed, endurance, and mobility, while also prioritizing injury prevention and recovery. I also provide support in areas like body toning, rehabilitation, massage techniques, and sport-specific conditioning, especially in cricket and athletics. I believe that every individual has unique fitness goals and requirements, which is why I create customized workout plans based on their fitness level, lifestyle, and objectives. My approach ensures steady progress while maintaining safety and long-term sustainability. I conduct offline training sessions, providing hands-on guidance and close supervision to ensure proper form, technique, and maximum effectiveness.
