Hello Sona , I am Priyankush . I have worked as SAP ABAP Consultant for around 12+ years . Obviously demand would be huge . But SAP has bifurcated itself into various sub modules nowadays especially in SAP Functional areas not so much is SAP technical . SAP technical consultants still get job as ABAP-er , ABAP on HANA developer . So in interview people still get asked core ABAP questions tarting from scratch basic things as was the case 15 years earlier also . Therefore in any interview questions start from scratch and gradually move higher towards HANA , UI5 , Odata , HANA Studio etc. So even if someone doesn't know a lot of new technological areas and he is able to superbly answer the questions on basic Report,Interface ,Conversion, Enhancement, Form etc. ; then there is high probability of him or her getting job . read less
