Dear Deep, Greetings ! At the outset, let me comment that it's good you are clear on your choice that you wish to switch job and seems you are further sure that you wish to join an MNC. This is the first welcome step since it shows your clarity and determination towards your goal. I wish to further share with you that most MNC and other companies look for a lot of skills and attitudes in prospective candidates other than the last company worked. It’s a mix of technical and soft skills that are normally considered by most Employers. Hence do not consider that your present organisation is the whole sole reason for you not getting the right opportunity. Infact you can look at cashing on the experience of all your current and previous jobs by highlighting the skills you have learnt there in your resume and during an interview. Use those experiences to also showcase your versatility, they can also support the fact that you can handle change and come out better. They prove you can dive into new things which is a great trait to have in a candidate , when every organisation is grappling with changing landscapes and therefore needs employees who can survive and evolve well in times of change and uncertainty. So do not shy away from any experience, rather use them as a source of confidence. Further, you must research well about the organisations where you are applying, your resume should be customised to highlight those qualifications and skills which are closer to the Company’s requirements. You may also research on the internet or take help of a Career Coach to design your resumes and prepare yourself well to talk about how you can be a suitable candidate for a particular job in an impactful way and to make a good first impression, even when contacted on phone or email. I am sure you will find your dream job sooner than later, till then keep your focus on these efforts and simultaneous learning and performing well at your current job as well, a good reference from your present Employer shall help. In due course of time, it may show you new avenues too within and outside your current organisation. Also keep building up on your networking, all the best ! Warm Regards, Namita Sinha read less

In IT sector MNC prefer work exp in any IT companies for now you can search job in any IT small firm then look for MNC. I think that will be much better. Because in small firm you will learn more as compared to MNC.

Now the mistake is in your today's thinking . Because now you are expecting more salary and you expect that my all 3 years should be counted. But dear in any every other field if you enter after working in some other field they will also treat you the same. Anyways,Whatever the past may be , Now you are thinking to switch back to MNC you will have to accept company policy and accept whatever payment they will give you as per their Policy. And you have to tell HR explicitly that I am ready with your Policy. Specifically companies think in this case about as per your age , Experiences and your expectations. They will think you as good as A fresher. read less

If you think you are strong in finance and costing, I would suggest you a SAP FICO course which is definitely always in demand. if you have an experience as a end user on SAP PLM / Documentation etc, even a course on SAP PLM DMS should be good.
