Hi, I'm an BBA graduate and right now I am pursuing my MBA final semester in the stream of HR. Most of the people I know are suggesting me to take Sap HR courses , Is there any other useful course that could help me getting job in HR. If so could you please suggest the course name and the institute (Hyderabad).

Nikhil I would suggest you study more details the practical things on HR, like the process of recruitment, compliance, the statutory part etc. Rest first you complete your MBA well then personally I would suggest you to get hired somewhere after getting into the real corporate scenarios you will be able to understand what else to study, as education will be a part of your job and you have to survey on various aspects like labour laws continuously, pf, pt, ESIC, new techniques on performance appraisal etc. SAP and other software are good enough, but companies themselves will help you and sponsor you to learn this software if you get hired. read less
