I have substantial teaching and coaching experience as a Personal Trainer, working with clients in both gym-based and freelance settings. My experience includes training at Fitness Freak, 9AM Gym, Cult.fit, and Russh Fitness, as well as providing freelance personal training services in homes and gated communities. This diverse exposure has allowed me to teach clients with varying fitness levels, from beginners to advanced trainees. My primary responsibility has been to educate clients on correct exercise techniques, ensuring proper posture, controlled movements, and safe breathing patterns. I design customized training programs based on individual goals such as fat loss, muscle building, strength development, and overall fitness. Each session is structured with appropriate warm-ups, main workouts, and cool-down routines to maximize effectiveness and reduce injury risk. I also educate clients on training intensity, rest periods, recovery methods, and workout consistency. In addition to physical training, I guide clients in building healthy fitness habits, discipline, and confidence in the gym environment. I regularly monitor progress, track performance improvements, and adjust programs based on results and client feedback.
