A lawyer by profession and now an early childhood care music educator, I was introduced to piano at the age of 4 being the youngest child to be taught by my teacher and went all the way to complete 6 grades of the Trinity College of Music London was my very first introduction to sound. By the age of 5, I started to sing with her to any song to test my vocal skills and singing being my passion since the time when I probably couldn't speak fluently but sang all my nursery rhymes perfectly. After finishing school and years of hunting ended in April 2012 when introduced to the queen of Jazz Ms. Samantha Edwards. within one month of my voice training I was told to give the Rockschool London Vocal Exam Grade 4 which I topped and passed with merit in the year 2012 followed by Grade 6,Grade 7 and Grade 8 in which got a 93 and 91 respectively passing with distinction. Soon thereafter started my ride of doing live shows and performances the very first being The Whitney Houston Tribute, which turned out to be a big, hit amongst the old and young. Thereafter came a few of my own gigs at Indigo cafe, Hotel Palladium, backing for the superstar of Bollywood Mr. Amitabh Bachchan who was set to release his first ever music album at the GLOBAL SOUNDS OF PEACE AWARDS organized by a renowned music director Mr. AADESH SHRIVASTAVA and from there the journey began. After an opportunity to sing at the jazz concert legends, a musician friend rang me up to lend my voice for his first ever Christmas debut album JINGLE ALL THE WAY and on the very same evening I landed up at the studio to record my solo songs for the album and recently did a recording for an upcoming Marathi Rapper Pradeep Kashikar. Currently a music educator also running my own music workshop with the young and old and must say this journey of 3 years has indeed been a musical one. Also train adults and children above 7 in voice training and vocal development.
