I am Megha Ranjini, a Vidushi ( highest grade achieved in classical music) in Hindusthani singing, from Bangalore. I was lucky to get trained in a disciplined and dedicated Gurukul way on Hindusthani Classical Music. Coming from a family of musicians, I was able to perform Light music as well as Bhajans, covering over 1000s of stage shows across India. I have performed in popular events and festivals in Karnataka - like the Dussera utsav, Hampi Utsav, several temples and huge stage shows with celebrities like Hariharan Ji, Rajesh Krishnan and several more. I trained amateur singers to become flawless stage performers and conducted workshops for the kannada Bhavageethe and Bhajan lovers. I hope to continue training and preserving our cultural music by imparting knowledge to anyone who dreams of becoming a singer.

I am a self taught Harmonica ( mouth organ ) player and have been playing the instrument since my childhood for the last over 30 years. Born in a family of Hindustani Classical musicians and was trained on Tabla playing for many years. I am an engineer by qualification and a musician by passion. Informally, I have been teaching harmonica for many years now. But started training people formally by doing Harmonica Workshops little over 4 years back. Currently, I am conducting weekend classes at my residence.

I have an experience of about 10 years of learning Carnatic Vocal. Presently pursuing Vidwat. Have given numerous concerts and Tyagaraja Aradhana Mahotsava is one to remeber always. Hello! I’m Shruthy, a dedicated Carnatic vocal music teacher with a BA and MA in Carnatic Music. These performances have been integral in shaping my own musical journey and have deepened my understanding of the art form, which I then pass on to my students. I also provide notes to my students, which help them practice and refine their vocal techniques outside of the lessons. These notes include essential tips on breath control, pitch, rhythm, and proper vocal care, all of which are crucial for advancing in Carnatic vocal music. Through my classes, I hope to inspire my students not only to master Carnatic music but also to develop a lifelong appreciation for it. Whether they’re learning for personal enrichment or aiming for performances, I’m here to guide them on their musical journey.
