Hi ,i am Vivek, nature is beyond everything, the future is in our present,so if we trust in natural process it will give us a sustainable results with a constant growth. In this nature everything needs strength( living and non living) . Human body is most complex thing in this nature. Natural process is Slow process and it's the best one. It's as simple as that ' slow n steady wins the race'. First listen to your body later your body will listen to you. I am working as a personal trainer. I have started my career 6 years ago being a fitness coach my prior goal is to make people understand the importance of lifestyle coaching. My agenda is to create awareness about fitness . " Fitness is always first" . Fitness is life for millions of sports athletes and if anyone ask me i say that, everyone are athletes in there life. So, fitness is never an option. My focus is to make people realise the difference Between true strength and fake strength ( yes it exists) . I like to say i am still studying and exploring about fitness Movement is everything if we move the muscles in right way . Yes , it will help in getting all benifits of fitness else it won't . We night have seen most people who are confused to know about there body n i help you to "know you" . Yes it's very necessary to understand our body. If we are working out properly with anatomical movement we grow our body constantly or else it will stent our growth( person says he is consistently workout every single day and still be same from decades). Yes transformation is a mith, body will be changing from one form to another with lots of factors and understanding and accepting for what we are is reality, always remember 'one size doesn't fit for all ' . There is a saying in fitness " there is either 'yes' or 'no', nothing comes in between, when it comes to quality of the movement, either we do the exercises or we don't there's nothing in between. I strongly believe in this words and natural process, because if we do the excercise correctly we get all the benifits of it . My concern is simple,' heart ' is an only organ and part of our body which functions even when we are sleeping so it can't stop for a single second and we all know the consequences if heart stops even for a second . So what ever we do all through our day will stress the heart. Physical activity and exercise is a good stress which helps us to recover the cardiac muscle and improve there health and manage metabolism and keeps heart and other system in better condition. There is difference between muscle activition and stimulation, quality of life is very important and excercise quality is most important in every excercise else it's clear that we did not do any excercise. Our body is interconnected to each and every systems and hence every system are dependent on each other . Muscle is a primary media through which we can Store and transfer engery to other forms. Injury is my most important concern to my people, doin excercise in wrong form and bad lifting technic will not benefit in anything and at the end it gives injury for bone and muscle for sure . Depending on person to person the level of impact vary's . There is lots of things to know about fitness and bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is 1-2% in fitness.always we should be clear with this bodybuilding and fitness is totally different and opposite to each other. Due to bad and sedentary lifestyle we all get restriction in our joints n hence muscle can't function as it is designed so fixing that issue is the first thing to be done and they can help in getting perfection . Movement correction and improving mobilization of the joint is very important . Millions of people are still confused between there's things and end up by compromising there goals . Let me tell you few basic things what happens if we do the exercises correctly: 1) prevents any type of CVD's. 2) muscle tissues will be moved according to there anatomy and hence we can get 100% muscle fibres activation 3) there are millions of muscle tissues in our body and heart, lungs, and other organs are also included. Doin excercise in right form will help in improving there quality 4) improves glands functionality and balance all hormones by giving all great benefits for good health 5) prevent bone injury by making muscle strong and building true strength. 6) understanding our body mechanics 7) improves the quality of systems in the body 8) avoids metabolic disease 9) boost brain and increases nuro connection 10) respiratory, nervous, endocrine, digestive, circulatory, reproductive, skeleton, muscular, cardiovascular, integumatory, urinary, lymphatic, immune systems every thing will be involved and gets better every day 11) improves insulin resistance 12) gets better posture 13) lots more If we don't do it in right form : 1) we don't get any benifits expect the followings . 2) gives strong mindset since the individual is more towards lifting heavy than maintain good technique 3) creates sornes and make us stiff 4) waste of health, time and money . 5) fat and cholesterol cells will never come down 6) hyper tension 7) spikes insulin 8) posture damage 9) risk of life is very high 10) lots more I am ACE certified personal trainer and i have experience of 6 years by training 100s of people personally with different lifestyle and complications.i am very proud and happy to say that i have helped each and every client of mine to understand there body and help in achieving their goal.
