I am certified yoga instructor and chakra healer with 3 years of Experience. I have completed yoga instructor course and diploma in yoga therapy from indian school of yoga. I have been teaching yoga from past 3 years, i have more experience in teaching on general fittness, weight loss, physical and mental health. Also conduct therapitic sessions for specific health issues like BP, diabetic, backpain,obesity, headache, Thyroid, menstrual disorders etc. I have experience in chakra healing meditation which balance all the 7 chakras in human body associated with many physical, mental and emotional disorders.

I am practicing Yoga for 4 years. I started classes 2 years back. Had experience with Adults and Kids Batch. I got excellent feedback from adults(above 50 years old). I am also realizing it is a god's gift for them. I am very comfortable with Middle age and old age people. My students are feeling energized, improved flexibility and stamina. My Teaching way will be comfortable for all ages. It includes warm-up, surya namaskar, Breathing exercises, asanas and Meditation. I am feeling happy to teach yoga.

I have been learning dance from past 18 years.. along with teaching kids dance. I have given lot of stage shows in and around udupi and also in many parts of karnataka. I am also a theatre artist. Have given shows in rangashankara, natana and rangayana to name a few.
