What is your yoga routine?

I have 2 year of teaching experience,certified international yoga training from Sivananda,Kerala.

I start my day with yoga sessions, take classes & practice together, starting with om & mantra chanting, warm ups and daily different yogasana including pranayama. At noon time, I take another class of international client then in evening I take class again and do my self practice.

Practising and learning yoga from past 5 years and have been taking online classes since lockdown.

I start my daily yoga practice by chanting om and Gayatri mantra, followed by pranayam, then Surya namaskar, ending with meditation and then chanting maha mritunjay matra.
