First you have to complete the basic classes, as mentioned by the institute you are applying. Once you complete them you are eligible for the advance courses.

First you should complete your basic level and then start intermediate level after advanced. You need only comfortable attire and a yoga mat and a experienced teacher to guide you. The most important thing is your dedication nothing else.
