These are three locks in pranayam which helps to push our inhaled air in Susumana Nadi with Kumbhaka.When our prana or inhaled air enters in Dushman Nadi, that awakens our Sakti Chakras and move Mooladhar Chakra to Agya Chakra; that time, it gives Sadahaka some supernatural powers.
