Yoga implies meditation. Karma, jñāna, and bhakti are practices for attaining yoga. One who is in yoga is in meditation. This is not limited to sitting. Karma yoga accomplishes this through the performance of actions without desire, jñāna yoga accomplishes it through the knowledge of the Self, and bhakti yoga accomplishes this through personal worship and devotion of a chosen god.
