The right brain is more powerful than the left brain. Because our right brain is based on imagination, dream, desire, emotion, images, visualization instead, our left brain always works on logic, programs, numbers, words, analysis, calculations, etc.
Why successful people always talk about dreaming, visualization, power of spoken words, thoughts because all the ingredients are based on the subconscious mind. Where all the energy stored, where all the peace of mind have, where all the happiness, where all the purpose in life, where all the money, fame, name and all have but before that, we need to find out how can we reach up to your subconscious mind. You have to learn how you can use your right brain.
If you want to become successful in every area like health, wealth, relationship and happiness, we need to use our right brain rather than the left brain.
Now we will help you and guide you on how we can use the right brain through the below ingredients.
1. Find the reason to accomplish your goals in life.
2. Put your dream on your wall.
3. Visualize every day whatever you want in life.
4. Speak only those things which you want, do not speak which you do not want.
5. Use the power of spoken words.
6. Use the affirmation sentences
7. Read 30 min daily
8. Meditate every day, 30 min.
9. Learn to Share or Giving
10. Listen always positive
Once you have followed these success ingredients, you automatically move to the right brain from the left brain.

How to have a stress free mind

We all have been through stress at some or the other point of life. It might result in different states of mind. The mind which does not exercise healthy thoughts is prone to much stress than a mind which is well trained and disciplined. For example, we shall take up an incident to understand the quality of thoughts.
Person A is working in company B, and he signed an agreement that he is going to work there for a tenure of 1 year. He made a decision and joined the company. After three months, he started losing interest because of unchecked, uncontrolled layers of thoughts which resulted in because of the new job. He began developing hatredness and enmity towards his colleagues and boss. Had he started being positive, he would have developed skills to cope up with the situation and even he would have won appreciation from his colleagues and boss.
From this, we can understand that positivity helps in reducing stress. So, the question is how to tame or train the mind to become positive and healthy. The root of any habit is thought. If you want to keep a check on the practices which are unhealthy like overeating, worrying, brooding, addiction to an unhealthy lifestyle, the only way is to correct the thoughts. The more you alter the views, the better the life is.
How do we fix the thoughts?
Meditation is the only tool or process through which we develop deep insight, space and energy, which further helps us in redesigning our thought patterns. Daily if we can take time for ourselves, say, for at least 30 minutes a day to meditate, gradually the mind allows itself to be changed and over some time, we all become free from the clutches of the mind. You are your own creator.
We experience our mind than the actual truth. if you want to raise your understanding ability for a peaceful life, the only way that you can make it possible is through disciplined and regular meditation

The bi-product of regular meditation is a real and refined self. The true self is not prone to any stress. It's free from stress.

Sava _ means corpse, asana - means posture. We are simply telling taking the position of a dead body while being fully aware inside. Human brain controls body, orders it to move in different posture all life, here we & our brain orders body to get relaxed from every bit of its parts. From top to bottom, from top of head to soul of both feet.

Methodology

1. Do any intensive physical activity - like fast walking, dancing on spiritual songs, or Surya Namaskar for 10 minutes.

2. Lie down on the yoga mat -make sure you wear loose yoga clothes.

3. Start commanding your body now to release tensions- first close your eyes, lose your face muscle, forehead, jaws.

4. Go downwards & lose shoulders, arms, elbows,& palms, likewise every part of your body till soul of your foot.

5. Now try to imagine & watch your lying body in its original condition. Watch every part of your body in detail.

6. Come downwards while watching your body parts- start with a face, neck, chest, Abdo abdomen, shoulders, palms, pelvis, thighs, knees, sheen bone, ankle, feet, souls.

7. Now come out of body & watch it as a single unit of mass.

8. Now there are three different entities- body, your consciousness,& breath. Let the body Be there lying.

9. Be there for 5 minutes & now command your fingers to move slowly & take left side to wake up slowly with mindfulness.

10. Now rub your both palms till it gets warm, now makeup with both palms, give this heat to eyes, face & neck. Now slowly open your eyes & be grateful for this life running through you.

GOD BLESS YOU & YOUR FAMILY.
