As a Neurosurgeon, I know that tremors occur to ordinary people also, when there is overactivity in SYMPATHETIC NERVOUS SYSTEM.

When does the sympathetic nervous system get overactivated?

If a person is anxious, nervous, angry, in a mood to fight or in terrible situations, the sympathetic nervous system gets activated, and there is an adrenaline rush.

It leads to shaking of muscles in addition to many things like increased heart rate, sweating, blurred vision etc.

Shaking of muscles is seen as tremors.

There are disease conditions as well where the delicate balance of chemicals in the nervous system called as NEUROTRANSMITTERS, goes away and tremors develop.

Some of these conditions are

1. Parkinsonism

2. Multiple Sclerosis

3. Alcoholism

4. Stroke

5. Hyperthyroidism

6. Familial (Genetic causes). The list is inexhaustive.

Suppose a person has a tremor while looking at it, he/she may feel embarrassed and ANXIOUS.

It leads to worsening of the tremor.

Through YOGA one can bring the mind to a calmer/non-anxious state, where the sympathetic nervous system is not activated, and thus tremors reduce in magnitude.

Some of the essential Yogic practices to reduce impact of tremors:

Pada Hastasana

Paschimottanasasa

Dhanurasana

Chakrasana

Padmasana

Kukkutasana

Nadi Shuddhan Pranayama

Kapalbhati Kriya

Deep Relaxation Technique

Alternate contraction and relaxation of muscles.

With regular and dedicated practice, one can find that problem of tremors not only reduce but also vanish over some time, the balance between body and mind is achieved.

“No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We must walk the path.- Buddha

What is holding you from stepping into your power?

If there is one thing that excites me more than anything it is having the privilege of encouraging and motivating people to recognise and step into their powerhouse if endless Possibilities that resides within them.

It is waiting for you to visit, the one place that you are yet to walk into that is a door you can open without reservation. It is a state of awakening the potential self to the endless possibilities. A road less travelled.

Your mind is churning with thoughts, and you keep assimilating, yet if a lot of those thoughts are negative, it will affect your beliefs and actions.

There's always a solution to closing the outer nice and open the door within by seeking the triple S.S.S who's merely is ' Stillness, Silence, Solitude'.

Since the Mind, cannot be stopped, you can get quite the noise however from the constant over thinking, and entertain unswerving self-dialogue.

Make time to evaluate where you are allowing yourself to depletion of energy, and validate your truths towards a conscious life changes.

Empty Your Mind!

Emptiness holds everything. Even after holding everything within it, emptiness is still infinitely empty!

The more you explore your true Self, emptier you become. Until the point comes, where you no longer find your ‘self’ – you become the emptiness!

All creations happen within this grand emptiness. All creations at all levels of existence stem from this emptiness, rise higher and higher and dissolve/transform/disappear into this emptiness. While all phenomena rise and fall – the emptiness witnesses it fully. The emptiness is not disturbed at all – not when a great creation happens nor when a great creation collapse. For there is nothing out there – all play is happening in this infinite canvass of emptiness!

Empty your mind of all concepts about phenomena. Just embrace this emptiness & then voila all will be revealed to you!

Enjoy the moment! Enjoy the next moment when it arrives. Enjoy the phenomena. But know well that this too shall pass! Nothing can remain permanent except the permanence of emptiness!

Rejoice in this knowing – be empty within!

In the yoga, mindfulness plays a fundamental role in everyday actions, in breathing, and particularly in physical practice. The Sage Patanjali gave the first systematic summary of this practical science in his "Patanjali Yog sutras".

Patanjali describes the fluctuations which continually disturb the mind. The task of the brain is simple, i.e. to receive information from the senses of eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin, and to reflect on this information to select or reject it. The mind is distracted and distressed if there are
too many stimuli from the sense organs. Patanjali shows various ways of stilling the organs of senses and the brain. One famous verse says: “Yoga is the cessation of movements in the
consciousness”. The general
means of achieving this calmness are mentioned in Yoga-Sutras. This includes learning what is essential
for a fulfilled, healthy life.

Several practical means are described: yoga asanas, breathing, stilling the senses, concentration, meditation.
According to the Yoga-Sutras meditation is the fruit of sustained practice of yoga. Mind and breath are
closely related. Control of the breathing ( pranayama) is considered fundamental for mental stillness and peace, throughout the further development of yoga.

Science behind the spiritual path of 'Maha Yoga' - Divine Grace.

Vaidhyanath

I have been teaching Athma Vichara Yoga - the supreme meditation of Upanishads as taught by Bhagavan...

Science tells us that every so-called human being emits a certain frequency, a certain vibration of different colours. Occultists call this an aura. Science tells us that every so-called human being emits a certain frequency, a certain vibration of different colours. Occultists call this an aura. And all of the auras emitted by individuals are basically the same. Some are more static, some are more rajastic, some are more tamas, some are more pure than others, but they're basically the same. Therefore, when you help the homeless, you are merging your vibratory force with theirs, and you are lifting yourselves up together to a higher frequency. This is because there's only one Self.

Now, the frequency vibration of the Sage is a hundred million times stronger than the human vibration. This frequency is called divine grace. Now can you see why it says in all of the highest scriptures that to be of service to the Sage is the highest sadhana you can perform? For when you are of service to the Sage you're mingling your aura with the sage's aura. And, since the sage's so-called form that emits an aura is a million times stronger than the human being's, Sage's vibrations, which is called divine grace, lifts up the human being to a high frequency and releases them from karmic influences and sets them free.

As long as you believe you are a human being you have to perform a service to each other, to everybody. When you awaken, you will be yourself, and you will be served. You will be compassion. You will be wisdom. You will be an embodiment of humility.
