● It helps us in keeping our brain more active and helps us keep negative thoughts.

● It brings good coordination in the body and builds muscle memory.

● Dance keeps us in a jolly mood as sweat gives a good level of satisfaction to humans.

● It improves our pattern of sleep 

● it obviously builds confidence and helps us improve our personality.

Apart from these, there's a lot more dance does to our body.

So, why to keep yourself inactive.

We are mostly seen as body parts and rarely as complete people. Being healthy is a lifestyle choice and...

Common belief is that muscle tissue will start burning after an hour. It is not actually muscle tissue burning..but ligaments, joints, and muscles get weak after one hour of exercise, increasing the risk of injury.

Mr Sumit, everything is fine. You need open space, registration of documents, go with all the legal and technical procedure as per government rules and regulations. But what I suggest is go with some fitness academy get tied up with them who is recently established, maybe 5 to 6 years old. Do the research about them, then meet and try to discuss and convince them with your plans. Same time you can go ahead, try to build up your team, learn the strategies, study the market and competitors. This is a risk-free pattern and long term working goal. Once you set your standards, then you can independently open with your Fitness Academy.

Eat Banana, and Starchy foods include bread, pasta, rice, couscous, potatoes, breakfast cereals, oats and other grains like rye and barley. Although these starchy foods are often referred to as 'carbs', this is a little misleading as carbohydrates include both starch and sugars, as well as fibre.
