Hello, I am 17 years old and want to develop some muscle in 6 months. I have googled and got to know to do three exercises deadlifts squats and Benchpress not on the machine on alternate days, and I am ready to follow diet and workout as per my capabilities. I have six months. Please suggest it's really a very important event for me to look good. Please advise.
