Better to join Gym, because exercise is very important to keep your body maintain in all the way. parallely with gym you can follow maitained diet. If you can join Zumba classes that is also a good option.

It depends on you, if you are passionate about dance go through the dance classes because zumba is trending now times & dance is also a good way to lose your weight & stay fit. Otherwise if you like gyming than gym is good option for you.
