But for enlightenment a massive change is required in neural network and old habits also we need to catch any bad habit before it arrives and not loose our flow/rhythm by thinking too hard and not performing spiritual practices like proper guided meditation eg. Kriya Yoga, Isha kriya, Osho dynamic meditation etc under a good guru because a wrong meditation can cause insomnia also. read less
