Should I Stay Loyal to One Style of Yoga?

Initially, you may try out different styles/ schools. However, at a point, one needs to stick to one school and get maximum benefits. There are four pillars of yoga - Bhakti yoga, karma yoga, Gyan yoga, Raj Yoga (hath yoga). A mixture of all is good to follow to get max benefits.

<p>What is the fees amount for 12 yoga classes in a month at student's home ?</p>

These days mainly, all classes are being held online. The fees would also depend on the ailments of the student. However, it would be approx Rs 5000 for 12 sessions for online on a one to one basis.
