Basic Flute Training

This is a Beginner course for Flute. Unless the flute is played with proper angle it does not produce any sound. So this course will mainly focus on creating sound from flute and learning the swara positions. Notes will be given to learn these positions. Basic alankars ( Swara combinations ) will be taught in this session.

Basic lessons on the  flute will be conducted. And the exercises will be given for the practice. The class will be conducted twice a week each of duration one hour.  Student needs to buy his/her own Flute. This Flute can be ordered online from Kanha Flutes or you can buy local flute from seller if you want to buy cheaper one. But a good quality flute is always reliable and durable. Student needs to buy C# medium size flute. It will cost around Rs. 1500 if you buy it form standard manufacturer like Kanha Flutes and around Rs. 400 if you buy it form local seller. There is no age limit for learning flute. Age group that can go through this course is 4 years and above.
