The main motto of the British was always"Divide and rule". In the name of the vast area of Bengal, they applied their policy. Lord Curzon was the administrator for that.
This partition's main reason was to weaken the movement for freedom because many strong leaders are only from Bengal.

Speak English as often as possible. Think in English before you communicate.

The best way to improve fluency in English is to practice, practice, practice. Speak in English at every opportunity you get. Read a lot of English critically, paying attention to vocabulary and sentence structure. Watch media in English without subtitles to understand how to familiarise yourself with the speech patterns of native English speakers.
It is important to remember that the journey to becoming fluent will take a year at the very least, so keep working at it and do not be discouraged when you make mistakes. Being open to being corrected by others is important too.

Being a Postgraduate in IT, you must have gone through several programming languages. Looking at your background, you can start learning DevOps and multi-cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, GCP, etc. If your interest area is not in DevOps, you can choose an administrator or network engineer profile in the cloud itself. Else security experts are highly in demand for all the organisation.

Bengal was the most populous and most densely populated province of British India. The said motive of Lord Curzon, the then viceroy of India, was effective administration. But it's mostly believed that the partition's real reason was to separate the Muslim majority east and Hindu majority west, a British tactic of "divide and rule".
