When electrons start moving under a potential difference existing between two points, that flow is named as current or electricity.
On a separate note, when energy is applied or used to do something like that, we prefer usually measure that energy for every passing time (second) . That rate of energy flow is named as power of the supplying device or system.

The first part of the question asks about electrons and the electricity.
Electrons are negatively charged particles present almost everywhere as they happen to be present inside the atoms which are the buiding blocks for materials.
When these electrons, instead of being static inside the atoms, start moving or vibrating, they initiate a flow of this vibration among all the atoms of the material and a current or electricity is said to flow in that material.
Considering the second part of the question; Energy is the potential(capacity) to do work and it is measured in units of Joules, while when we try to measure this flow of energy with respect to the passing time, it is known as the power and it is mesured in the units of Watts. Empirical definition of power is the rate of flow of energy.
We can connect the two parts of the above question by introducing an example here.
Example: To make the electrons move or to make the current flow, we need some amount of energy per unit time or power from a power source. As you must have seen, the batteries come with wattage rating on them which implies how much power they can provide.
