Sometimes when we meditate we lose all sense of a body or self and while this is liberating in some ways, it can also be very disconcerting and feel a little strange. But this is a good thing and by relaxing the mind in that space, things begin to feel comfortable after a while.

For meditation ,it required total focus your attention on any object and there may be less focus or stress in the mind initially.But when you feel weird,you neglect your feeling of tiredness and try to focus your attention at particular object again and again so that your mind will divert from such feeling to positive feeling.This may take little time and for that you need to practice meditation regularly initially 5 minutes and then increase time.Before you start meditation the place and environment and determination of mind and concentration and proper attention and must be done free from unwanted thoughts which will certainly helpful. read less
