Mindfulness is being aware of everything around and in you and meditation is to learn to react to those things.

More then 7 years of experience to heal bad mental and physical health though yoga and meditation.

Mindfulness can be achieved by meditation but meditation cant be achieved by that. Becau meditation can be a way to achive many more good vibe and energy to your life.
