Yes, it's happened basically with 99% of people who start practice meditation.It's ok. Just keep on practising and after 2-3 month you learn to be awake.

More then 7 years of experience to heal bad mental and physical health though yoga and meditation.

Yes its ok if you are doing the meditation with that purpose or as a relaxation technique.
