I'm a trainer and i have a 1year experience and i can transform the the cilents for gaining and weight loss also and i have been not done any degree but upto my confidence i can get the changes in my cilents i have full knowledge of excerises and i knw where the body parts can seperated doing the excerises for reputation of excerises and i knew completely core workout also I hope we can get in touch and also I'm hoping u like my profile ☺☺

I am a certified International Yoga trainer adept in Hatha Yoga(Completed RYT 500 hours). I did a 360 degrees shift in my career from Software Engineer to Yoga trainer during the Pandemic. I believe that Yoga is not about just performing some difficult Asanas but about doing regular sadhana of beginner level and intermediate level Asanas will benefit so much. I have been conducting zoom online sessions from more than 2 years. The emphasis is on regular Sadhana. We do Pranayamas,Warm up,Surya Namaskar,Asana,Yoga Nidra and Meditation in our sessions.
