I have pursued certifications like ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), level 5 certification in personal fitness training, and level 3 Neuro-linguistic Programing NLP certification for emotional wellness and personality development. And AHA certification in speech hypnosis. I have more than fifteen years of experience in the field. I have been leading global Businesses since 2006 and providing fitness training. I understand the importance of physical and mental fitness for an individual and help others to achieve it. My classes help individuals have that dream transformation they have been striving for. My classes are divided into four categories, physical fitness and nutrition, personality development, communication skills and Mental wellness- stress management. My classes are conducted offline at my centre and online for the student's convenience. Every category follows its practical method for training an individual. To begin with Fitness, there are three defined phases. These phases consist of a conversation comprising current body composition, BMI, physical evaluation of body proportion, training program creations and execution, progress and approach to modification if necessary. The Communication consists of prelim assessment and skill assessment TNI (Training needs identification ) followed by grammar and overall accent neutralisation like tonality, grammar and conversational skill. I also teach response construction and conflict management: basic interview skills and Emotional intelligence are included. I also train for English writing, Business writing and IELTS writing skills. The Soft skill TNI offers goals evaluation on personality, i.e. understanding thier body language and flow creation in thinking patterns. I teach about body language ( verbal and non-verbal queues ), standing and sitting concepts and the importance of eye contact, paradigm control and management. Mental wellness consists of audio hypnosis, audio frequency healing, guided meditation, Neuro transmission, hormone and response system management, habit building, and dealing with unknown negativity. And the differentiation and handling of perceived vs actual stress. I use PowerPoint presentations while training. I provide students with extensive workouts, diet plans and audio and visual cues for a further enriching experience.
