He has participated in many national level championship tournaments and won NATIONAL GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP in Ooty in the year 2006 and national level kickboxing championship in 2010. He is a Black Belt from ISNK(International Sholin Ninja Kungfu). He has started conducting group classes and individual personal training in the year 2007. His motive is to provide kickboxing & fitness training to the people who want to be fit and healthy. The classes are a perfect mix of kickboxing moves and a cardio workout. We provide training in a straightforward and happy environment which helps you to burn up to 500-700 calories per hour. At Core Kickboxing Academy our primary goal is to help every individual to reach their best fitness level. Our Instructors are going to help change your body and mind in the friendly and family style kickboxing classes. We believe that a person cannot change physically if they don't change minds. By saying that it just means that you can't get a better body if you don't change your mindset and exercise in the right manner. Kickboxing is only one part of the steps. We believe that every person has their own journey and their personal transformations.
