I am a Personal Fitness Trainer with over 6 years of experience in training individuals to improve their fitness, strength, endurance, and overall health. My approach is built around understanding each client’s goals, capabilities, and challenges to create a customized plan that truly delivers results. Over the years, I’ve worked with people from different backgrounds — from beginners to athletes — and helped them achieve visible and lasting transformations. I am ACE (Athletic Performance for Sport and Life) certified, a SPEFL-SC Level-4 Certified Personal Trainer, and a Kettlebell Instructor (Level 1). Additionally, I have completed a Dietitian course, which enables me to guide my clients with balanced nutrition and effective meal planning to complement their training programs.
