It needs consistent work., determined consensus and mainly diet oriented mind set... ----MY EXPERIENCE---- I had worked as a personal trainer at OASIS INTERNATIONAL gym, tirupati.. And also bagged medals at IBFF Mr. Andhra physique bodybuilding.. ----METHODOLOGY---- It's a strategical and oriented approach for clear understanding to client.. Where it dsnt make words, rather it sounds with RESULTS..
