"I recently had the pleasure of taking online cooking classes from Chef Govardhan Garu, and I can wholeheartedly say it has been one of the best learning experiences I’ve had. We are based in California, USA, and despite the distance, every session felt personal, detailed, and interactive. We covered a wide variety of dishes including veg/non-veg starters, pulaos, biryanis, curries, and a delightful range of desserts. Each recipe felt like it had a special touch – there’s truly a magic in his methods. What sets Govardhan Garu apart is his dedication and thoroughness. Each session lasts over 3 hours, and he’s there with us from cutting the vegetables to the final garnishing. If something doesn’t turn out as expected, he quickly identifies the issue and offers clear, practical solutions. One of the most impressive aspects of his teaching is the standardization of recipes. His techniques ensure that even if we cook the same dish months or years later, the taste remains consistent. That kind of clarity and precision is rare to find.
