Hi I am 28 years old. I want a lean body mass with a good physique. What can be done? Should I straightaway go hit the gym, running or diet? Any ideas please?

It depends on your current body weight. If you're of optimum weight but have an average physique, it's advisable to get a trainer and train along. If you've excess weight more than 10kg, running or jogging on alternate days will work wonders.

First, you have to know your BMI ( body mass index). Find out in Google. Then start a high protein diet ( 1.5 gm of protein per kg body weight). Go to the gym and start exercise (pull, push, legs) 5 days in a week.Best of luck!
