If you are starting don't hit the gym first do some. Walk or cycling then slowly running once u do that enroll in gym before that make sure u do the above for a month. Once you hit the gym slightly decrease ur Carbs intake from. High to medium along with 35 percent of protein it will help you. Also... ...more

Hey, you need to start training with weights to strengthen your muscles if you don't have experience start doing push-ups, squats, wall walk tries to get used to the pain and start weight training.

You need to eat meat, eggs for getting protein or else to go for a protein powder with brands like on, Musleblaze, Isopure etc. Vegetables or pluses will not help you. Better to eat fish and chicken which is safe rather than red meat Also your genetics plays an important role but don't overdose protein... ...more

Better to eat fish and chicken which is safe rather than red meat Also your genetics plays an important role but don't overdose protein you need 65 %Carbs and 15 % fats along with 25 % protein in our daily diet.
