Training with him is something I genuinely look forward to…. he doesn’t come across as the typical textbook trainer with a fixed set of exercises. He rarely repeats a training set, which keeps things fresh and engaging. What I also appreciate is that he steers away from the usual machine-based routines and focuses on bodyweight strength training instead. And rather than pushing for more reps, he prioritises getting the form and posture right. He understands your strength and weekends and designs training accordingly, very smoothly pushes you to do more.
