I have been training since September, and have seen great improvement in my health and fitness. Have experienced a significant amount of Fat Loss and a bit of weight loss as well, my blood reports have shown improvement too. As a trainer you are very meticulous and a hard task master, I really like the way you push me to achieve my goal. You also take care of my physical constraints and create a workout routine with alternative and effective methods. Also it's a great experience to train with you as you make the sessions fun and exciting by interchanging routines and not making it boring. I am very happy till now and would like to continue with the training till we achieve the goal & beyond, and thank you for the hard work you put to motivate me every time.
