"Rahul as a trainer has been very helpful and professional in my journey of body building program. Whenever I doubted myself he was always there to boost my self confidence and told me not to give up. He designed a full workout routine dedicated to five working days with a day off in a week as well as gave me a very structured diet plan which I rigorously followed. Rahul helped me through all of it and never ever complained or got annoyed by my behaviour. He is absolutely amazing and will help you achieve your goals. "
