I teach Pilates, and occasionally incorporate elements of Yoga to help with stretching, relaxation, and overall wellness. I have been professionally teaching for the past 6 months, although my personal journey with fitness and wellness spans several years. My classes are designed to strengthen the body, improve posture, and enhance flexibility while ensuring students enjoy the process of movement and mindful exercise. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree. In addition to my academic background, I have completed professional training as a Beginner to Advanced Fitness Trainer, which equips me with the skills and knowledge to teach Pilates and complementary fitness techniques effectively. This training allows me to provide structured workouts that are safe, progressive, and tailored to different fitness levels. Over the past two years, I have been teaching Pilates, bodyweight exercises, Yoga asanas, and Pranayama to hundreds of students online. Conducting live online sessions has strengthened my ability to guide students virtually, ensuring they follow instructions accurately and gain maximum benefit from each class. My sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging, promoting consistent improvement. My classes follow a structured format. Each session begins with a warm-up, followed by core exercises, balanced with yoga postures for flexibility, dynamic and static stretching, and ends with a cool-down to promote recovery and relaxation. This approach ensures a holistic workout that targets strength, endurance, and mindfulness simultaneously. Though my primary profession is in the software industry, my passion for fitness and wellness has driven me to pursue training and teaching in this field. My efforts were recognized with an award at my workplace, motivating me to continue learning and growing as a fitness trainer while helping others achieve their wellness goals. I conduct online classes and focus on creating a positive and motivating environment where students of all levels feel comfortable and encouraged. I emphasize proper technique, alignment, and gradual progression to ensure safety and long-term benefits. My ultimate aim is to help students develop strength, flexibility, and mental clarity through Pilates and Yoga. I believe in a balanced approach that integrates fitness with wellness, enabling students to lead healthier and more mindful lives.
