My name is John I am a fitness trainer from past 10 years. Just like everyone say I want to go gym and build body. Even I'm the same guy started the gym at 2010. But very soon gym got addicted and more passionate and keen to learn about workouts. This is how I came into fitness profession. My learning and knowledge I have gained from very good experience people's. These day you can't get that training from others I was blessed to have a trainers and tutors for training me the skills and knowledge from there experience. From there I started training as a general trainer. Fitness Trainer. Personal trainer Preparing for stage competition Photo shoot ripping in 60 days Weight loss or gain 90 days Funtional activity. Posture correction Workout correction with proper form. Movements of muscle and bone in right direction to avoid injury. Post injury workout Cycles for weight gain or weight loss with proper consultation. Advised only after I analysie a person if he physically and internally no medical challenges . Post cycle to overcome muscle recovery. Stretches and movements of balancing your body with flexibility will given to you also if muscle tissue or muscle cramp it can be cured. Body massag and releasing your joint pains from every bones of your body parts. Hope so I have provided you all detailed on my training and workout. In 2017 he studied movement in Vienna, Austria. In 2018 he studied Gyrotonic in Hong Kong & has recently started teaching Sumo & Taiko (Japanese drumming movements). He has trained the cabin crew of Cathay Dragon and Lufthansa. He was the fitness coach to professional badminton players in Bangalore. Has been the on-call Yoga & Pilates instructor at a 5 star Hotel in Bangalore. He looks forward to adding mobility, stability, strength & relaxation in your lives!
