For a person like me who couldn’t squeeze in 1 hour for giving the body the much needed care and nutrition that it deserves. Fitveined turned to be one such training program which made me disciplined and gave me the right direction towards fitness and nutrition. It made me realise that how 1 hour can activate your body for the whole day. Also, from tabata to core to many different kind of workouts on weekdays and special surprise workout on Saturdays set the entire week on fire. My journey towards a fit body is still work in progress but indeed my mental health has improved significantly with this program.
